Director of Sales - Western Region
Hightower is hiring an experienced sales director with deep knowledge of the SaaS industry. This individual will be responsible for managing Hightower's West Coast sales operations and making sure the team hits and exceeds sales targets. We’re looking for someone who has successfully coached, managed, and mentored sales reps.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE...
- A university degree
- 5+ years experience in sales and at least 1 year in management, ideally in SaaS
- Previous experience managing a team of sales reps
- Prior experience with Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding training skills
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU...
- Mentoring and coaching a team of sales reps through feedback to ensure they hit quotas
- Monitor sales rep performance and ensure that continuous improvement plans are in place
- Evaluate and improve prospecting strategy, scripting, and the sales process
