Customer Support Specialist
Hightower is looking to hire another team member to support our growing Customer Support Team. The individual on the front lines of Hightower, interacting with clients on a daily basis.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will focus on helping our customers work through their questions and get the most of the platform. You will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues and are expected to be an expert on Hightower. This role will allow you to roll-up your sleeves and gain great exposure to operations at a fast growing, well-funded start-up.

- A willingness to interact with Hightower clients on a daily basis and provide timely resolutions
- Passion for building a world-class support & training function; always looks to exceed goals
- Incredible communication skills and a desire to teach
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude; does not let things ‘fall through the cracks’ and can get creative with solutions when needed
Ideally You Have...
- A 4 year university degree
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Desire to be part of a fast-paced and fun culture
- Empathy for our customers’ needs and pains and a desire to help
- The ability to learn quickly and a love for learning new things
- SaaS experience a plus
