VoIP Operations Team Lead
The VoIP operations team lead will perform work management, order management, operational documentation, site considerations, and database entries, provide executive slides, and oversee decommissioning PBX, POTS, and T-1s.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing.
- Experience writing clear and concise e-mail, statement of works, and technical documentation for client review/approval.
- Ability to oversee operational support and provide consultation.
- Order management experience.
- Ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on individual projects or client tasks.
- Communicate broad and specific concepts with the team and customer.
- Ability to produce documentation for use by team and customer.
- Ability to work well within a team environment in a client-facing role
Required (Minimum) Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
- 4 years of relevant full-time experience in a VoIP enterprise environment.
- Experience with Local Exchange Carriers (LECs).
- Experience with Database Entry and Administration.
This position requires United States Citizenship and eligibility to apply for and obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
