As a User Account Administrator L1, you will apply technical knowledge to operate a several technology infrastructure. Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to manage end to end service for Identity and Access Management. Internal and external customers are in scope for account create / modify / delete as the basic tasks to be performed


New User account creation in Active Directory

New Exchange Accounts creation for customer employees and HP support teams

Manage Administrator privileges

AD Name changes

Grant access to Printers

Modify email addresses

Create Room mailboxes

Create external contacts in Exchange Servers and/or AD

Create Distribution Lists

Create additional mailboxes for users or departments

Active Directory group create/delete/modify

Create/Delete accounts on Local Servers

Move users between OUs

Manage Shared drives / folders permissions

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Active Directory
  • 1-2 years of technical relevant experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of security best practices
  • Windows Infrastructure Management knowledge is desired.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Microsoft Excel basic knowledge
  • Basic Unix and Mainframe knowledge is a must
  • Certifications:
  • ITIL v3 Foundation is desired
