We currently have an opportunity for a Territory Account Manager - Networking to be based in Sydney. You will be part of a close-knit, fun, professional team & report to the NSW Sales Manager, Aruba. You will be assigned to Enterprise customers across NSW. You will be a proven sales professional comfortable with prospecting & hunting for new business opportunities in both existing customers & brand new logos.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead HPE Aruba Network's sales into NSW Commercial customers to deliver quarterly & annual sales revenue & gross profit targets
  • Prospect for a pipeline of opportunities identified in the current quarter & in future quarters ensuring confidence in meeting the annual targets
  • Prepare & collaborate with peers, channel partners & management as part of territory, account, opportunity & "blue sky" planning requirements
  • Use customers, partners, peers, management & own expertise to build relationships to seek out new sales pipeline, or expand existing HPE opportunities & drive pursuit to win business
  • Establish a professional, working & consultative relationships with a range of people & positions in the assigned customers, up to & including the C-level. Develop a core understanding of the unique customer needs and have solution expertise

Experience & Skills Required:-

  • 5-10 years' experience in an IT Sales role selling Networking &/or products into NSW Commercial enterprise
  • Strong track record of sales success regularly meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Well-connected with strong relationships with key industry decision makers & influencers
  • Demonstrable experience closing new business
  • Experience working effectively with Channel partners essential
  • Proven ability to close off new business
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use time effectively & efficiently & set priorities
  • Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization
