Poland Center focuses on Data Warehousing/BusinessIntelligence, Web Solutions, SAP R/3 and SAP BW implementation, ApplicationManagement, Quality Assurance & Testing, Business and Systems Analysis.Most of GDAS Poland Center employees hold multiple certifications from Oracle,Sun, Microsoft, SAP, OBI, ISEB, ISTQB, ITIL, CMMI, PMP and Six Sigma.

We are lookingfor:

Talent Acquisition Consultant

  • Managing the end-to-endrecruitment process
  • Building sourcingstrategy and managing internal /external talent attraction activities
  • Conducting interviewswith candidates
  • Updating offers in HRsystems
  • Cooperating with localHiring Managers and remote Managers from EMEA region
  • Providing ongoingadvisory on HPE hiring policy and local labor market overview
  • Managing HiringManagers’ escalations and working on improving local recruitment processpractices
  • Cooperating with localvendors: third–party recruitment agencies, job boards
  • Maintaining cooperationwith strategic universities and institutions, representing HPE at job fairs
  • Branding activities
  • Designing trainingcontent and delivering different training sessions to internal and external audience
  • Creating reports onreturn on recruitment investment, time to hire
  • Work cooperatively withfunctional specialists such as HR Generalists, HR Operations to complete andimprove the entire employee life cycle within the company
  • Active participating indifferent local and regional HR projects

Educationand Experience Required:

  • First level universitydegree
  • Minimum 2 years ofrelated experience in recruitment field
  • Proven experience in workingwith business partners
  • Fluency in English
