The Finance team at HPE provides world class decision support drivingprofitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through our commitment tooperational excellence, people development, and innovation. We provide accurateand timely financial information meeting the company’s regulatory and fiduciaryresponsibilities with unwavering integrity. In the Finance division, ourreporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management,financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting.Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correctand transparent manner.

Supply Chain Cost Accounting Inventory Analyst

  • Provides complex andoccasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or abusiness, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business todetermine the best method for achieving objectives.
  • Leads businessinitiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions withinfinance.
  • Identifiesopportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in thedesign.
  • Represents thebusiness unit during cross-regional or cross functional planning processes.
  • Provides mentoring andguidance to analysts.
  • Ability to influencemultiple organizations within a broad scope, typically interacting withmanagers and director.

Education and ExperienceRequired:

  • First level universitydegree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accountingcertification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of BusinessAdministration (MBA) preferred.
  • Typically 6 years ofexperience as a financial analyst.
  • Typically experiencedin more than one finance function.

Knowledge and SkillsRequired:

  • Excellentunderstanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advancedknowledge in one area.
  • Excellent analyticalskills.
  • Excellent businessapplication skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
