Supervise team that isresponsible for providing on-site support of hardware, systems, sub-systemsand/or other applications for customers.

Monitor team performanceand act on corrective action plans (if needed).

Meet operational targetsset by manager.

Mentor / Guide teammembers in handling technical escalations or new situations.

Manage team withincountry only.

Impact team performanceand morale.

Educationand Experience Required:

Typicallyrequires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,

Experienceand project or team management experience.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Somein-depth knowledge of corporate organization and policies.

Business,technical, or functional knowledge at the mastery level.

Administrativeor operations knowledge.

Skillsin project management, communication, analysis scheduling, controlling, andpresentation.
