Position Overview:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services is looking for a Sr. Windows System Administrator to support the FDA. This position will handle a variety of responsibilities including: configuring, monitoring and maintaining Windows operating systems. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring that all servers operate at optimum levels, The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable working in a team environment and willing to work flexible hours. On-call and after hours support is a requirement of this position. Additional job requirements include:

  • Performing and coordinating effective installation and performance of advanced

operating system hardware and software on servers.

  • Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve

software related problems.

  • Be available for after-hours / on-call support

Execute release packages (install SW), verification plans, customer support

Education and Experience Required:

Able to obtain a Public Trust.

At least 5 years of expert level experience with – Systems Admin with Active Directory, VMWare, MS Exchange, Citrix, DHCP, DNS, Window certifications, Server hardening, patching/tuning and security experience and and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree or related area of study.
