Special Pricing Manager

EG EMEA Pricing mission is to:

Be the leading provider of pricing related processes, tools and expertise to support the EG Bus and Sales teams win in the market.

Provide high-value, consultative pricing activities

Increase pricing efficiency and effectiveness

Simplify and harmonies pricing actions along the strategy

Protect and Maximize market share and margin while Ensuring Compliance to Pricing Policies

As Sub Region Special Pricing Manager, you will :

  • Provide business with high quality, fact based deal approvals
  • Contribute to margin predictability through early pricing involvement
  • Focus on strategic deals support / strategic investments to grow business
  • Identify opportunities through pricing analytics to improve GM
  • Focus on margin governance and action plans
  • Enforce proper escalation rules & increase awareness on areas of risks & underlying business controls
  • Ensure continuous process improvement on all critical processes
  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in finance
  • Experience in pricing would be an asset
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and principles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines)
  • Excellent team player in multi country teams with very good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
