SAP HANA Center of Excellence (CoE) is a part of Customer Solution Center organization in Technology Services. SAP HANA CoE provides infrastructure solution support on HP Converged System for SAP HANA. We have few vacancies for Service Desk in OSS for SAP HANA. Candidate with relevant skills and with an ambition to grow into this job can apply.
The support for SAP HANA is delivered by CoE in a tightly knit team of worldwide engineers. The applicant needs to be highly Customer Focused and Solutions Oriented having holistic view of customer environments. He/she should be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a globally diverse high performance team providing 24x7 coverage.
HPE Converged System for SAP HANA is an integrated appliance consisting of SAP software, Linux operating system, Serves, Storage and Network switches running mission critical in-memory database. Selected Employee will be aligned to Service Desk function for OSS for SAP HANA CoE; where they are expected to manage, monitor & report events for Converged System for SAP HANA for aligned customers. They will be supported by other SAP HANA CoE delivery team in their work.
Experience: 3+yrs experience in Technical Support
Technical Skills & Exposure:
Applicant should have Troubleshooting Skills on one or more technologies – Linux OS/Servers/SAN/Storage/Networking
Applicant with experience/exposure to managing databases; any exposure to Converged System; Exposure to Service Desk Operations will have added advantage
Commitment and attitude to deliver high quality solution support
Ability to Work in Shifts to provide 24 X 7 support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Education: Any Degree
