Description of Role:

Hiring an excellent candidate for role of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead high performing team of Remote Technical Support Engineers that provide support to English speaking HPE customers on server technology in North America & Canada.

  • Manage a group of Remote Support Engineer – lead them, inspire them and motivate them
  • Engage with customers with passion, commitment and enthusiasm to deliver world class experience at par/exceed HPE standards
  • Responsible for delivery of Operational Metric and add value by means of initiatives and process improvements plans
  • Collaborate with all stake holder & peers in center & across region to ensure all business commitments are met
  • Responsible for all Customer Commitments and deliverables
  • Commitment towards growth & development of direct reports

Desired Competencies:

  • Candidate should have 12-15 years of experience with 3-4 years of experience in supervisory role
  • Excellent Analytical, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
  • Exposure to Program Management methodology
  • Worked on Technology Platform – Compute, Storage & Network & OS Platform (exposure to HPE Technology will be added advantage)
  • Sound Understanding of Quality & Improvement Processes
  • Should have implemented project in earlier roles using known known methodologies – Six Sigma/Lean Sigma/PMPi
  • Prior Experience in working with managing Remote Support will be an added advantage
  • Openness to work during AMS Business Hours (night shift)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification – Masters or Engineer Degree
  • 12-15 years of tolal experience in IT/ITES industry of which 3-4 should be relevant in Supervisory Role
  • Certifications: ITIL/PMPi/Technical Certifications would be an added advantage.
