In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.
The Senior Financial Analyst drives Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) projects that support Enterprise Group’s strategic finance priorities. This role is expected to drive process improvement initiatives that impact the function globally.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrated strong Finance and analytical proficiency with the ability to build strong relationships cross functions and drive projects to completion.
- Provides complex financial analysis for an EG, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
- Leads and advises on complex business initiatives, typically leading teams across multiple areas within finance and across geographies/organizations.
- Represents the EG FP&A during cross functional planning processes.
- Ability to influence and present recommendations to VP and SVP levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business accounting, finance, or economics
- 6 years of experience in an corporate finance role
- Experience as a project manager or team lead
