The Finance team at HPE provides world class decision support drivingprofitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through our commitment tooperational excellence, people development, and innovation. We provide accurateand timely financial information meeting the company’s regulatory and fiduciaryresponsibilities with unwavering integrity. In the Finance division, ourreporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management,financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting.Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correctand transparent manner.

Senior Financial Analyst

  • Provides complex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business
  • Establishes and maintains relationships withbusiness leaders to guide and influence decision-making within a limited scope.
  • Provides analytic support to business initiatives,typically representing a sub-function within finance for a particular business.
  • Supports policy and process improvement andidentifies opportunities.
  • Identifies issues and proposes solutions to a moresenior individual contributor or manager.
  • Represents finance on cross functional teams.
  • Provides mentoring and guidance to entry levelanalysts.
  • Ability to influence multiple cost centers within abroad scope, typically interacting with managers and directors.

Educationand Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus inbusiness or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g.,Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CA, ICWA,Master of Business Administration(MBA) preferred.
  • Typically 6 years of experience as a financialanalyst.
  • Typically experienced in more than one financefunction.

Knowledgeand Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles andfinancial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong business application skills (e.g., MicrosoftExcel).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Good business acumen.
