Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for web and analytics applications
  • Integration of data storage solutions – Postgresql, MySQL
  • Development of user-interface elements using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
  • Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization
  • Cloud server deployment using Capistrano, Git and Linux


  • Experience with Ruby on Rails and Python, along with other common libraries for authentication, delayed jobs.
  • Knowledge of Big Data Analytics preferable
  • Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby, Python and their nuances
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful
  • A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
  • Good to have interest in cyber security domain, ethical hacking and exploit scripting

Experience: 4-7 years of experience in web development and 1-2 years of experience in analytics
