The Centre focuses on Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence, Web Solutions, SAP R/3 and SAP BW implementation, Application Management, Quality Assurance, Testing, Business and Systems Analysis. Most of Poland Centre’s employees hold multiple certifications from Oracle, Sun, SAP, Siebel, ISEB, ISTQB, ITIL, CMMI, PMP, and 6 Sigma.

We are looking for:

SAP CRM Support Consultant

Job Location: Warsaw/Lodz

Job description:

  • Level 2/Level 3 support of SAP CRM system (Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt etc.)
  • Analyzing issues and problems reported by end-users of SAP system
  • Proposing & implementing solutions in the system and communicating the results to end users
  • Handling other service requests
  • System monitoring
  • Engagement in change implementation activities (test execution, test management, transport management, etc.)
  • Maintaining system documentation (technical, user)
  • Proven experience in functional support or implementation of SAP CRM (or similar module)
  • Solid problem solving, technical and analytical skills
  • Strong German language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Eagerness to learn
  • BSc/ MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Experience in working with Clients, focus on Client satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills

We appreciate:

  • Knowledge of integration technologies (XML) and SAP PI module
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management tools (e.g. HP Service Manager)
  • Experience in working in multi-organization worldwide teams
