Job Description

Performs basic data entry per predefined processes.

Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions (e.g., credits, returns, order entry) and reporting of customer issues (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports); handles multiple low to moderately complex customer accounts.

Assists other departments and support groups (e.g., internal sales, audit, operational support, delivery) by reporting routine issues to the appropriate roles.

Helps resolve minimally to moderately complex customer issues (e.g., distribution, pricing) and proactively follows-up to assist external-facing customer service representatives.

Resolves open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity and reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay; communicates status and escalates issues to higher levels.

Helps resolve order management issues for all product lines using basic general subject matter knowledge. Enters sales data in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining documentation and records.Handles several customer accounts that have low to moderate importance.

Qualification and Experience :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience with strong knowledge in Testing Concepts

  2. Demonstrated success for 1-2 years as a tester in Manual / Automated testing. (Preferred)

  3. Hands on experience in any of the scripting languages – (Preferred)

  4. Abstract thinking and ability to grasp new programming paradigms quickly.

  5. Good interpersonal skills with great ability to work across organizational boundaries.

  6. Excellent English communications skills, both oral and written. (Mandatory)

  7. Flexibility in working in different shifts including night shifts (Mandatory)

  8. Possess good attitude towards work and ability to be a team player in a dynamic environment. (Mandatory)

  9. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  10. Developing teamwork skills.

  11. Developing time management skills.
