Sales Processing Analyst I

Job Description:

Executes operational activities related to registration for Fixed and Flexible Support Services in Latin America. Ensure that support service orders are successfully registered and appropriately reflected in all entitlement tools.


  • Provides direct support for support services orders, processing activities for multiple business areas or groups.
  • Registering information and producing documentation
  • Order execution and report production
  • Supervises and performs oversight of all support service registrations
  • Evaluates order documentation, methods, and reports

Education and Experience Required:

  • High school or equivalent secondary education certification required

Knowledge and Skills:

  • High-level administrative and overall documentation and information management skills
  • Proficient in multiple word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software packages
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • able to identify and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with local, group and senior management
