It is an asset management company featuring leasing that provides a full range of financial lifecycle management services, including transition, acquisition, management & disposition (disposal of EOL assets).

HPE Financial Services' mission is to support & enhance Hewlett Packard Enterprise's & HP Inc.'s sales efforts by providing a broad range of asset management capabilities & financial services that positively impact the customer/partner relationships as well as support & enhance HPE's/HPI's global product & service solutions, enabling customers worldwide to acquire complete IT solutions, including hardware, software & services.

HPE Financial Services is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Value Added Services - APJ to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. This is a newly created role with the remit to grow asset management across APJ. This role will see you being an important & pivotal player in shaping & executing on the asset management goals & strategies.

As Regional Sales Manager, Value Added Services - APJ, you will use your business acumen & proven influencing, people management & sales skills to drive revenue growth & ensure customer satisfaction. This role will report into the Asset Management Director - Asia Pacific & has several direct reports across the region.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage P&L, set budgets, forecasts, account reviews & deliver on P& L commitments
  • Direct & control activities for new Business Order & Revenue Goals
  • Build & drive Value-added Services (VAS) regional sales plan
  • Set sales priorities & establish these as the focus of sales team activities
  • Ensure sales programs executed result in new business acquisitions & greater account penetration
  • Lead, support, motivate & performance track Sales Representatives across region
  • Create & manage sales funnel, forecast & scorecard
  • Understand industry drivers & the customer base better to bridge the company solutions with account-relevant problems & opportunities
  • Manage development of coverage & relationship plans for key reseller partners
  • Manage internal processes in support of sales representatives & selling activities

Required Skills & Experience:-

  • 5 + years Sales Management experience including demonstrable success in managing sales teams & plans to achieve or exceed quotas & other sales-related goals
  • Direct sales experience in IT industry or IT leasing industry
  • Knowledge of all aspects of IT Asset Management services including disposal preferred
  • Proven track record in P&L management
  • Proven track record in leading, building, mentoring & retaining Sales talent & teams
  • Ability to develop strong relationships up to C level
  • Excellent presentation & written & verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working across APJ advantageous
  • Willingness & ability to travel extensively (up to 50%)
