Global Sales Operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an exciting and dynamic organization responsible for driving the operation in support of our Customers, Partners and Sales force as well as leading and defining the improvements to experiences to enable growth for HPE.

Job description

  • Oversee the project and supervise the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure the team meet Service Level Agreement and quality checking standards
  • Create, implement and monitor the operational and business related policies, guidelines, and processes
  • Lead and implement continuous process refinement and improvement.
  • Develop the team to ensure they consistently achieve their daily goals and deliver desired performance
  • Work together with team members to improve efficiency and overall service delivery
  • Establish and implement new team targets and performance metrics.
  • Arrange trainings to publishing specialists & eComm specialists
  • Assist manager in people management, e.g. provide suggestion in performance review, interview and hiring decisions, promotions and terminations, etc.
  • Work with the AMS portal team to address issues resulted from stakeholders or partners' feedback to improve satisfaction
  • Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for the non-standard publishing requests coming from the clients.

E ducation:

  • University Degree required. Major in Computer Science or Computer coding experience is preferred.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years working experience and at least 3+ project and team management experience, international company working experience is necessary, customer service providing experience is preferred.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Have excellent leadership and management skills
  • Able to prioritize assignments for team and possess advanced negotiation skills
  • Strong problem solving skill to provide solution/workarounds to meet customer/partners needs
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure with high responsibility
  • PMP certificate or Lean Six Sigma green belt.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
