As the Project Manager at HPE you will lead internal project to ensure that itmeets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning,controlling and managing. Manages efforts to plan, build and implementsolutions to internal problems and issues.

1. Manages internal project delivery – Global Leveraged andUS Dedicated/Restricted network devices
Evaluatesand creates the client impact workbooks to identify potential clients impactedby scheduled changes
Hosts meeting with stakeholders to review plannedactivity and change-related concerns
Participates on the change implementationwindows (on-call rotation) and validates that the change is implemented properly.The PM will help to escalate the issue with GNO, Incident Managers, PEMs asneeded if the change does not bring the expected results
Engagesany resource that is necessary after a change failure to avoid or diminishcustomer impact
Move SM9/DW record changes through phases andprovides a follow up to make sure the changes are fully approved before theimplementation window
Plans, organizes, and schedules all LCMactivities
Works with CSRs/CCLs, ADMs and Network Engineers to identify customers associatedwith Service Line Owned devices being implemented
Work with SMEs and CSRs/CCLs to coordinateChange Windows and approvals as needed
Identifies, assigns, monitors,escalates and facilitates risk resolution
Facilitatesresolution of escalated issues and risks that impact release and deploymentactivities
2. Manages project financials including business impact.
Ensures NetSRM is in place as required.
Works with Global Business Managers to obtainand maintain CATW WBS time tracking codes
3. Manages stakeholder relationships.
Manages mid to upper level stakeholderrelationships.
4. Manages project team.
Creates and Maintains PM Work Group Instructionsand Processes
Manages internal as well as externalresources. Is aware of necessary skilldevelopment of project team members.
Provides performance review input anddevelopment recommendations for team members.
Leads cross-project planning, dependencymanagement, and conflict resolution
Monitors project progress to program milestonesand supports the LCM team to achieve the project mission, vision, goals,objectives and scopes
Reviewsthe status of commitments and performs regular follow up with Activity PMs toensure LCM activities are moving forward to resolution
Participates in resolving non-compliances withinthe organization as requested
Education and Experience
First Level University degree. 5 years in projectmanagement roles or in like roles/businesses.
Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of keyServices’ operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable toproject management.
Speaks with expertise to many layers of depthrelated to project management methods.
Contributions have visible impact on companybusiness (Cost, Efficiency, TCE)
Works on complex projects where analysis ofsituations or data requires an evaluation of multiple factors.
Manages projects affecting two or threeorganizations.
