An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to become a key member of a growing, hands-on IT delivery team, utilizing tools and techniques for Cloud, Open-stack, HP Enterprise and other technologies that deliver to our multiple Clients. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to become a key member of a growing, hands-on IT delivery team, utilizing tools and techniques for Cloud, Open-stack, HP Enterprise and other technologies that deliver to our multiple Clients. Must have proven successful project leading experience and/or have a depth or breadth of knowledge and experience in a number of Project Management inter-related areas. Must also possess the necessary skills, behaviours, and traits to be successful as a Project Manager or Change Initiative Manager. Particular skills which need to be demonstrated are as follows:

  • Budgeting and cost management
  • Value/benefits management
  • Schedule management
  • Risk management
  • Quality management
  • Scope management and change control
  • Business change (outcome) management

Able to apply an experience and subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives. To be able to work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. To exercise independent judgement within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. To provide direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.

  • To manage Project financials including P&L.
  • To manage Business development.
  • To manage Client relationships.
  • To manage Project teams.

Education and Experience Required:

First Level University degree 5 years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services’ operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods Participates in the company Program Manager (PM) Professions community On the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification path
