Product Line Management

Maintain Product hierarchy for HPE Aruba Portfolio:

1) Track new product introductions in ProductIntroduction Systems

a. Trackstatus changes as needed for NPI process

2) Product Hierarchy set-up

a. Assign correct product line level hierarchy to NPISKUs

b. AssignPlanning Dimensions to NPI SKUs in Financial database file for monthlyfinancial

c. RequireBiz Ops approval when creating new Planning Dimensions

d. Reviewfinancial database file monthly for accuracy of PHWeb data feed

e. Obtainrequired approvals for additions and changes.

3) Product line management

a. Withguidance from Finance coordinate and approve product line assignments/changes

Product Naming:

1) Understand HPE Aruba naming convention brandmanagement (character limitations, acronyms, symbols and nouns)

2) Provide product management guidance to ensurecompliance to governance

3) Provide description builder toolassistance/training

4) Approve all NPI and sustaining HPE Aruba productname assignments

EOS Reporting:

1) Maintain End of Sale Plan of Record for HPEAruba SKUS and ensure changes are processedin required systems

Qualifications:

College Graduate with 1-2 years’ experience in a fast pacedenvironment

Good communication skills

Experience with Excel

Technical acumen

Education and Experience Required:

  • College degree in Marketing/Business/ Technical

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of general marketing function
  • Knowledge of product marketing fundamentals
