In this the role, the candidate will require to work on reporting/business intelligence solutions for Sales Ops/Other business depending on the need for Sales organization. The candidate is also required to analyze current business reporting processes, to understand current gaps and provide solutions.

Reporting knowledge on the business performance and provide insights to the business groups/global functions

Understand the current business structure, problems and provide analytical solutions that helps the business to either have incremental revenue or reduce cost

Benchmark internal processes against the Industry standards and create models that can help HP to increase the performance

Own the reporting solution end to end and act as a single point of contact for all stakeholders

Have flexibility to work across time zones and diverse cultures as role involves extensive interaction with customers internationally

Must have ability to cope with a highly dynamic environment and uncertainty

Willingness to work in a virtual team environment with global team members and business partners

Understand Sales Motion – Pre Sales/Post Sales landscape understanding is a must

4 to 6 years of Business Reporting & Analysis skills

Customer Engagement skills

Flexibility in adapting to new technologies

Flexibility to work across time zones and diverse cultures

Excellent problem solving skills, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Well organized and process oriented

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Access)

Understand SQL, and should be able to apply during data mining

Knowledge of HP's Channel Business

Masters/Graduate in any stream, Certification in Business Analytics (preferable)
