Ideal candidate will be located in either Berkeley Heights, NJ, or Dublin, Ireland offices, open to other locations and/or HPE office locations.


  • Responsible for owning and managing the worldwide control process for partners and resellers that refer business to HPEFS, including:
  • Partner approval process
  • Partner Review Committees
  • Partner Red Flags process
  • Develop, implement and own a Partner monitoring and review process to understand trends such as approval rates, delinquency and write-offs
  • Collaborate with Partner Development Managers, Partner Relationship Managers and Sales Managers in managing relationships with Partners
  • Work closely with Recovery Team to investigate potential fraud situations and implement ongoing process improvements based on changing business environment and ongoing learnings.
  • Perform post-mortem analysis on problem accounts and key relationships to understand and identify potential red flags and other key learnings
  • Conduct training sessions for Risk Management, Customer Delivery and Sales organizations

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics
  • 6-10 of business experience; credit analysis, collections, financing and/or fraud backgrounds a plus but not required.
  • Financial Services background required, i.e., someone with financial, operations or financing/leasing experience. Understanding of the financing process.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Will be working with HPE employees and resellers world-wide implementing new processes & procedures for approvals and risk management
