Partner Account Operation Manager

  • Manages the operational business relationship management of mid-size accounts.
  • Conducts and reviews business and operational customer analysis.
  • Resolves operational issues with team members in support of the customer requirements.
  • Conducts research, analyzes data, and presents findings for projects of low to moderate complexity.
  • Performs operational performance reviews with the customer/partner and supports improvement plans
  • Supports solution development with guidance at the business unit or country level.

Education and Experience Required

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Basic understanding of core company businesses and revenue cycle.
  • Good research and analytical skills. Some familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
