Operations and Strategy Lead- APJ PO HR team

Job Description:

Give direction and leadership towards the strategic goals of the People Operations organization in APJ.

  • Anticipate needs of the VP -HR office and work with key stake holders to fulfill the same
  • Advise the VP and the other leaders on future strategy and direction of the organization
  • Establish and devise a governance plan for the organization
  • Prepare and own the staff calendar
  • Ensure appropriate follow up actions are tracked and completed
  • Initiate any subsequent follow up meetings and communications with key stake holders, ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner
  • Own all executive reporting across the organization
  • Accountable for all information flow across the organization emanating from PMO and EL community
  • Oversee, track and maintain budget of the organization
  • Raise red flag with executive if organization is not meeting any of its goals pertaining to people, finance, customer and operations.
  • Interface with other parts of HR and act as a focal point for all information requests
  • Own all key communication and related aspects for the organization
