Designs,develops and provides Customer Reports to teams around the world
Managesmultiple critical escalations from the Software Business.
Acts as aproject manager for complex medium to large projects.
Ownscomplex business sensitive deliverables; interprets complex analyses andreports, making recommendations and/or decisions on moderately complex issues.
Impactsmultiple teams on medium to large projects.
Networkswith other cross-functional teams to share business knowledge
Experiencein SW data analyst to find what customer is entitle.
Developinternal reports Hyperion, QlikView to support the sales dpt.
Education and Experience Required
First level university degree or equivalent experience; may haveadvanced university degree.
Typically 4-6 years of experience in a business related function,preferably customer reporting, sales operation and licensing.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Advanced knowledge of reporting tools, relational databases and SQL
Advanced Analytical skills
Knowledge of licensing, support contract and sales operation dataand processes
Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).Mastery in English and local language.
Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team
Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
