Thesuitable candidate will be an experienced commercial / corporate lawyer who cannegotiate and execute key customer transactions for our EG business in the UK.This role will focus on supporting the EG business on its most complex andimportant customer contracts providing a quality and efficient service to thebusiness. The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial legal skills, be astrong communicator and team player and thrive in a fast paced and innovativeenvironment.
Thecandidate will also be able to cover ad-hoc legal queries and provide succinctadvice to the business on contractual disputes and interpretation as well as beable to deal with a variety of legal issues including corporate law, regulatorymatters and IT and technology matters.
The idealcandidate will thrive in a team environment and will to support colleagues onchallenging legal transactions as will share knowledge and invest in the HPEbusiness and our legal team. An interest in technology is a bonus but not arequisite.
- QualifiedSolicitor in England and Wales
- Minimum 2years of professional experience in Law
- Experienceand training with a top tier firm
- In-houseexperience attractive

- Willingnessto travel: Local travel between Bracknell and London
