Junior Sales Representative

HPE Financial Services is looking for recent College graduates looking to grow their sales career in a fast-paced highly transactional sales environment. This rep will be responsible for growth in the micro-ticket lease and finance space and will work directly with authorized HPE & HPI partners and customers across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell, maintain and grow new relationships with HP authorized partners, end-user customers and HPE sales teams
  • Manage HPE authorized partners, HPE sales teams and end customer accounts to meet assigned volume quota
  • Work with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service standards are achieved
  • Utilize consultative sales approach to identify opportunities with specific HPE authorized partners and end-user customer accounts
  • Educate specific HPE authorized partners, HPE sales teams and end-user customers on the benefits of leasing and the leasing process, TCO and NPV analysis
  • Train HPE sales people about the benefits of leasing and participate in joint sales/phone calls with these sales people
  • Provide feedback to business development on competitive data, as well as products needed to support the business
  • Drive leasing penetration into HPE’s Channel Market; increase HPEFS lease customer base
  • Maintain familiarity with the IT & Lease/Finance marketplace, competitors and their products

Requirements:

  • Four year college degree required
