We are searching for a new, an early career team member that will join our Global Total Rewards team.

In this job you will have an opportunity to contribute in delivery of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise global total rewards programs. You will have an opportunity to be part of the planning, developing, analyzing, communicating and implementing.

In particular your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to the global total rewards programs at the company with the main focus on variable pay, recognition, incentives.
  • Cooperating with regional and country teams to ensure successful program implementation and delivery.
  • Supporting tools and systems provided by our vendors.
  • Participating in preparation and delivery of the annual rewards planning cycle.
  • Participating in testing and HR systems delivery (Workday).
  • Performing validations of the global compensation data.
  • Delivering compensation reports using Workday system.
  • Performing analysis using compensation data.
  • Supporting communication initiatives related to compensation programs delivery.

Education and Experience Required:

  • University degree.
  • Any related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources would be an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of total rewards programs.
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Attention to details.
  • Self-motivation and discipline.
  • Research an analytical skills.
  • Basic financial and business acumen.
  • Being good with numbers.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Database tools knowledge (e.g. Access) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, exceptionally during US time.
