Last year we opened a new innovation center in Galway which is the Centre of Excellence within HPE, globally focusing on software research and development, OpenStack cloud technology and business service innovation hence we are looking for a graduate talent who could bring fresh and innovative ideas to our company.

We are offering Software and Infrastructure Programs for high achievers who will graduate in 2016 / 2017 and obtain a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)

Our IT Infrastructure graduate roles offer you the chance to grow your skills and experience and use your problem-solving abilities in a busy and technically diverse area.

You will be engaged in and provide support for transition/transformation efforts, provide IT infrastructure and/or application infrastructure lifecycle technical support, including planning, project management, installation.

If you would like to pursue your career with our Software team, you will get engaged in the full lifecycle software development of the most advanced products and services. You will have the opportunity to work with a global product team for software design, development, test and release. You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies across the entire software stack.

We're looking for high achievers who will graduate in 2016 / 2017 and obtain a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a Business or Computing discipline with a strong interest in a career in IT. A confident communicator and excellent

organiser, you'll combine a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with strong time and project management skills.

When the program finishes our graduates carry on in their permanent roles, developing their skills further and increasing their span of responsibilities. By this point they are highly valued members of their teams with real ownership of projects and tasks.

Our graduate program provides a head-start to our graduates' careers in HPE and gives extra support and coaching to maximize their performance. Our graduates also get additional support during their first year from several sources.

Their line managers provide a lot of help and advice on performance and development. Mentors help them to perform well in their roles and to develop their skills. Leadership mentors are senior managers who provide strategy insight and career advice. Buddies are aligned from the previous year's graduate group to provide informal advice and information.

In addition, our dedicated graduate managers are available to make the graduates' first year in HPE as successful as possible.
