Provides operational expertise in relation to IT Operations, Infrastructure, Applications, Services and related services at the P&G location in line with the P&G and HP current best approach, leveraging global standards for installations and configurations and advocates the use of the P&Gs approved globally standard tools
Will provide local site IT knowledge driven input into the specified service scope, monitors service delivery performance and compliance with high focus on quality, standards, operational and excellence and delivery on time, right first time
Is able to interface with P&G, P&G partner personnel and represent the interests of the local P&G business in such discussions, has strong verbal and written skills in local language and is able to communicate using non-technical business English, free of jargon
The ability to communicate across a broad span of organizational levels is essential, as is the ability to adjust style to circumstance and audience. Must maintain a high level of P&G satisfaction by ensuring clear business and technical solution alignment, clarifying P&G needs and ensuring that they are met
Demonstrates skills and techniques which are in line with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and is able to represent the local P&G business and the P&G global operational functions in areas such as install/DE install, change, incident, problem management and to be able to communicate business related issues and impacts in when such situations arise
Education and Experience
Should have experience of operating, business and technology environment, ideally over 2 years or more experience
Career experience of multi-national organizations with a broad portfolio of products, preferably the consumer products marker
Ideally educated to degree level in a related discipline such as a computing or business diploma, or is able to demonstrate operating experience in similar environments for at least 3 years
Must be able to converse fluently in business English
