Our internship program will start as of 1st of February 2017 at the Amstelveen office. During the Internship Program you will receive professional training and dedicated support to write your thesis. HR assignment – Sustainable Employability:

Many of us have been raised on the traditional notion of a three-stage approach to our working lives: education, followed by work and then retirement. But this well-established pathway is already beginning to collapse – life expectancy is rising, final-salary pensions are vanishing, and increasing numbers of people are juggling multiple careers. Whether you are 18, 45 or 60, you will need to do things very differently from previous generations and learn to structure your life in completely new ways. How should we rethink our finances, our education, our career and our relationships and create a fulfilling 100-year life? (after the best book of the year 2016: the 100-year life of Lynda Gratton and Andrew Scott). At the same time economic and technological developments demand increasing agility from organizations. Employers and employees need to ensure they remain fit for the ever faster changing work environment. As companies and organizations that work on health, commitment and development of their employees gain direct benefit by more job satisfaction, less absenteeism and higher productivity. So how can you as a company facilitate in fashioning this changing pathway? In this internship we ask you to come up with a plan of changes to implement.

Qualifications

You are/have:

  • a Bachelor or Master level student
  • good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • a proactive self-starter
  • able to work independently
  • fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbally
