Manages the beginning to end staffing process; supportsimplementation of sourcing strategies, screens candidates, provides a shortlist of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, andfacilitates relocation.
Counsels withmanagers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance withcorporate and government policy.
Providessupport on hiring initiatives where there is staffing impact. Developsexpertise in one or more of the key areas within staffing and recruiting. Workswith businesses, functions, or geographies on focused initiatives. Participatesin key projects have a country-wide impact.

Qualifications
First level University degree (min Bachelor Degree) in Psychology, BusinessAdministration, Human Resources or related area.
Minimum 3 yearsof related experience as recruiter or in HR roles
Must haveprevious experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferablyselecting profiles for technical positions.
AdvancedEnglish level
Strongcommunication skills.
Experience inweb-based applicant tracking tools.
Experienceworking in key business relationships.
