HPE is hiring a Quality Analyst Lead (Secret Clearance)
HPE is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for future opportunities as a Quality Analyst Lead.
In anticipation of these opportunities becoming available, completing a profile will allow us to evaluate your qualifications and interests and will allow us to stay connected.
Design and integrate quality technologies, solutions, methodologies, and practices into overall architecture.
Provide examples of developing innovative industry- leading technologies, processes, and practices for quality.
Apply quality process improvement, re-engineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. Responsible for transitioning of existing organizations or project teams in accomplishing the organization’s goals or project activities and objectives through improved use of internet and other automated processes. Support activity and data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best QA practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements. Develop and produce Standard Operating Procedures and Process Guides for customer service catalogs. Demonstrate familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
5 – 8 years of relevant IT experience
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Cloud Offerings, especially Azure Solutions,
Knowledge of commercial and DoD cloud offerings
ITIL Knowledge and certification
Knowledge and experience with IT cloud based services
Extensive experience with using data collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
Excellent analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
Thorough understanding and experience in applying industry quality standards and methodologies.
Evaluating forms of empirical and root-cause analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate compliance with quality standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate quality architectures, plans, proposals, and results to senior management levels
