HPE Enterprise Service Support Management

An Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) acts as an ambassador, leveragingthe support of local and corporate resources in managing and striving todeliver consistent service levels. The ESM will provide detailed reporting andtrending and will also be responsible for analyzing the data and providingdetailed recommendations based on the data presented.

Coverage: Strategic ambassador for specific productfamilies/centers covered under the FlexCare support offering. Examples: Serviceand Portfolio Management (SPM), Cloud and Automation (CAM), etc.

Goals: To serve as a support point of contact for specific productfamilies. A non-technical support advisor, who will assist by ensuring theappropriate resources and processes are in place to drive action plans and effectiveresolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact
  • Focus at the product family level, ensuring contractual activities aredelivered
  • Resource management: manage delivery of technical resources for bothreactive and proactive activities
  • Problem management: manages and addresses unresolved issues
  • Account management: conducts quarterly statistical data
  • Leads delivery of proactive services:
  • Creates and delivers account support plan
  • Delivers proactive technical services that align with critical successfactors
  • Support planning and review
  • Operational advice
  • Identifies risks that lead to unplanned downtime
  • Identifies potential leads and log

Education and Experience Required:

First Level University degree 7 years’ experience in project managementor in like roles/businesses

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company services’operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to projectmanagement. Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to projectmanagement methods Makes use of and contributes to company s Program Manager(PM) Professions community Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified.
