HPE Aruba is looking for self-motivated, results oriented individual to join us as a Hardware Validation Engineer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for performing validation of Ethernet switches to ensure they meet the required performance criteria.
  • This includes and is not limited to executing Design Verification Tests (DVT), System Level Stress tests, Signal Integrity measurements and Component level testing.
  • You will introduce best practices and formalize testing processes.
  • You will work with the hardware design teams to understand test requirements and to define product verification plans.

Key Requirements:

  • You should possess minimum 2 to 4 years of system testing and validation experience and must be able to create test plans.
  • A degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical disciplines
  • You are able to communicate effectively, possess good interpersonal skills to enable cross functional engagements.
  • You should be proficient in PCB CAD software and skilled in operating sophisticated test equipments and interpretation of measurements.
