Job Description:

  1. Work proactively to reduce input spill 2. Ensuring 100% SOX & AFM Compliance. Cascade to team changes related to AFM 3. Identifying training gap within team and ensure corrective actions 4. Improving Lead Time by 25% on YOY basis 5. Leading the Projects to create CAPACITY 6. Work with System Design & Architecture team to work on new migration/system/process change 7. Handling country/regional level escalations 8. Handing Auditors, BC, QA and IA queries. 9. Prepare/Review High complex Asset Class and Clearing Account Recon 10. Zero Escalatable for all accounts managed (both USD and LC) 11. Timely follow up on Open Aged Items and Robust Escalatable action plan-SMART 12. Ensuring RCL is updated for the accounts needed RCL 13. Driving the fact based analysis towards achieving the team goals 14. KPI to be 100% GREEN at an entity level 15. Recons JE / KPI/ PIO QA scores to be 100% 16. "A-Net Timelines to be met for both preparer and Reviewer deadline: 17. Preparer - WD8, WD12 & WD17 18. Reviewer - WD9, WD13 & WD18" 19. Assist Manager in executing day to day activities. Assisting in accurate mgt reporting like dashboard, forecast, CU or review calls 20. Initiate and implement process Improvements (Work to find permanent fix to the existing system issues/flows. Identify potential risk areas and ensure control) 21. Adhere to the as per AFM policy relating to IC topics 22. Zero P & L Impact due to open item management 23. TAT & Accuracy of data provided. (Includes data provided to customers, KPI's, metrics, process trackers, Escalatble, ANET Status reports etc.) 24. Monthly mock audit on areas like records, SOX, JE, recons etc. 25. Analysis and fixing of repetitive errors 26. Knowledge sharing with new joiners 27. Dashboard review by WD15 28. Ensure 100% capture of Process updates and exception management into relevant Knowledge articles such as Training Modules. 29. Lead projects at IC level 30. Review cadence with stakeholders 31. Collaborate with various teams and other L5 managers to remove the roadblocks of day today activities across the tower 32. To groom and develop a minimum of one Successor 33. Compliance Lead for IC 34. Assistance on SOX audits for IC 35. To monitor TAT on account reconciliation and reporting
