In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.
This position will be a member of the Close & Consolidations team within the Corporate Accounting group that is responsible for providing an efficient world-wide close and consolidation process. EFR’s Corporate Accounting team works in a high-visibility environment and is responsible for the standard reporting needs, analysis and compliance reviews as well as ad hoc reporting requests. We work in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment and focus our day-to-day efforts on compliance with external, legal, tax and internal reporting requirements.
Provide ongoing support on the following:
- SharePoints and web pages administration
- Support the Records Retention process
- Reporting packages compilation
- Run Month-end-Close related reports
Education and Experience Required
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
- Typically 2 years of experience as a financial analyst.
- May have experience in more than one finance function.
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SharePoint; Power Point).
- Good communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
