In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.
Works on all business that requires a WBS Design Consultant, including all SAP FICO WBS elements for Trade projects, single country, single region and global deals
Ensures WBS structures established during startup and maintained in steady state (for T&T, Run and Project structures) are compliant to Global ES design principles and standards correctly aligning to the ES taxonomy with a full end to end master data view.
Accountable for the SAP FICO WBS structure design validation.
Keeps an holistic view of how to enable an account to manage its business in a transparent way
Interprets Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work and relationship to HPE Accounting Financial Manual policy and translate to WBS Design
Key contributor in facilitating the use of operational and financial data in support of the ES Accelerate Performance Visibility work-stream, specifically helping align revenue and EGM by service offering.
Aligned to Financial Account Management (FAM) Start Up team (FSU) leveraging a best practice global model with local reach, supporting the business leaders by ensuring the integrity of financial results in COMPASS at sub-region and industry level.
Works effectively and in a close teaming relationship by partnering and consulting on New Logo, Renewals, Upsells and existing contracts with other members of the Account Start-up and ongoing teams, ensuring effective validation and consulting on brand new structures and changes, additions to existing structures with key financial and reporting attributes
Maintains & is responsible for high standards of performance visibility and business control ensuring compliance with company policy & business process requirements in relation to ES business
- Experience in Business Unit Finance (Experience in IT service industry preferred), Financial Planning and Analysis or/and Contract Management/Accounting with good knowledge of the systems and processes that we use (specifically SAP FICO, Project Accounting/Costing, partner systems and finance reporting tools)
- Good understanding on Cost modeling, Plan of Record, Pricing model relationship
- Financial systems reporting understanding environment
- Month end Close processes understanding
Highly developed communication skills, both written, verbal & presentation
