Financial Services is uniquely positioned to help customers move to the NewStyle of IT by providing: – Investment solutions that enhance businessflexibility and agility – Investment expertise on a globally consistent basis -The capability and control to scale technology with speed and confidence Wehelp customers build IT investment strategies that support transformation andthe ability to deliver on business goals.

  • Providescomplex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business
  • Establishes andmaintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influencedecision-making within a limited scope.
  • Provides analyticsupport to business initiatives, typically representing a sub-function withinfinance for a particular business.
  • Supports policy andprocess improvement and identifies opportunities.
  • Identifies issues andproposes solutions to a more senior individual contributor or manager.
  • Represents finance oncross functional teams.
  • Provides mentoring andguidance to entry level analysts.
  • Ability to influencemultiple cost centers within a broad scope, typically interacting with managersand directors.

Education and ExperienceRequired:

  • First level universitydegree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accountingcertification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of BusinessAdministration (MBA) preferred.
  • Typically 4 years ofexperience as a financial analyst.
  • Typically experiencedin more than one finance function.

Knowledge and SkillsRequired:

  • Strong understandingof accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Strong analyticalskills.
  • Strong businessapplication skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Strong communicationand influencing skills.
  • Excellent teamworkskills
  • Good business acumen.
