In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

Job Description:

The Financial Master Data analyst is responsible for the effective and efficient execution of different Finance Master Data processes, including data lifecycle management operations, process improvements, data quality assurance and financial / accounting policy compliance. Also, will be working on improving and standardizing processes, both regular and special ones (I.e. Year End Close) among the different applications generating financial information, as well as supporting implementation of future state data management capabilities and processes.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Associate degree or first level university degree with recommended focus in finance or computer science.
  • Typically 2 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

It’s a requirement to have sound Master Data knowledge, both Legacy and current Corporate Standards.

  • Understanding of financial systems and processes in several areas.
  • Good oral communication for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Good project management skills for supporting medium projects of moderate complexity.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to generate original ideas and bring about their implementation.
  • Ability to influence change and manage upward; good motivational skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Financial Systems and Processes’ Master Data (SAP, LHGL, FUSION, Eiffel, Velocity, HPS SAP,
  • etc.)
