Title: Enterprise Services Senior Financial Analyst

Enterprise Services Senior Financial Analyst – EXP level- Nokia Account is generating around $260M of Revenue for a year. Major Service areas provided by the account are Managed Data Centre, Managed Workplace services, Network Services & Application Services. Analyst will lead key financial processes (MEC, Flash) and will be main interlock between business leads and finance on the biggest tower on the Account ($50M of Rev per year at 18% EGM) as well as will play an active role in Guadalupe III process (moving services from MMSA (fALU) into MOSA (fNokia)) and will manage DC financial processes integration (fALU and fNokia) as well as will manage and support DC Run Financial Analyst. Analyst will the responsible for DC Project (Change) portfolio and will deal with various Rev Rec methods.

Job Description

The senior financial analyst is responsible to help drive the month-end close processes, coordinate reporting and lead planning, forecast and trend analysis. He / she will also be also involved with improving processes and working on various projects. The analyst will need to establish and maintain comprehensive financial support to finance managers and business and delivery managers, based on contractual obligations and approved budgets. The person will deal with different Rev Rec methods and will manage portfolio of NSSR’s on the DC side.

Key responsibilities:

Integration activities:

  • Support the OC in multiple negotiation streams, financial modelling of different scenarios and repricing proposals if requested
  • Provide data if requested to support data modelling and analysis for Guadalupe III process
  • Integrate and improve financial processes on the Account connected with contracts integration

MEC activities:

  • Preparation of the MEC File and analyzing data to identify pending entries or fall outs between systems. Looking for explanation and identifying permanent / timing entries
  • Assisting Business in explaining unknown bookings
  • Providing FDEs
  • Preparing closing bridge and present the results to the business/ finance leads
  • PP Rev Rec calculation
  • Managing and supporting DC RUN Financial Analyst

Flash activities:

  • Preparing Flash Template, Cost Stack analysis
  • Flash reporting and bridges preparation (cooperation with business to discuss any potential changes)


  • Strict cooperation with the DC business team
  • Managing and supporting DC RUN Financial Analyst
  • Ad hoc requests- preparing some reports/ analysis as per business team/ finance lead requests
  • Development of existing tool & process improvements
  • Financial management of NSSR’s ( different Rev Rec methods, proper forecasting, profitability analysis)


  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred)
  • Strong accounting and finance knowledge
  • Typically 6 years of experience as a financial analyst
  • Typically experienced in more than one finance function
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good Project Management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines).
  • Ability to act in the face of uncertainty.
  • Flexibility with working hours.
  • International business exposure, working in a multi-cultural environment requires and global organizations.
  • Excellent team player in multi country teams with very good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written). Any additional language is an asset but not a requirement.
