Engineering Test and Implementation Lead (Public Trust Clearance)

Hewlett Packard Enterprise has an immediate need in our US Public Sector Consulting Organization for an Engineering, Test and Implementation Lead in Washington, DC.

Responsible for supporting the client in updating and maintaining the environment, adhering to the necessary design change processes, testing updates to the design and processes in the Development and Staging Laboratories, and documenting the updates and all procedures relevant to implementation and operation of the updated design. Provide operational and maintenance support over the Staging Lab, and shall maintain the lab equipment, manage and/or establish the lab configuration as required, conduct backups and restores, and otherwise maintain the integrity of the lab environment, configuration, and contents.

Position Requirements:

Current Microsoft MCSE or above certification

Excellent research, test, trouble-shooting and deployment skills

Capable of managing small engineer group of 2-3 personnel

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Microsoft Windows servers

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Microsoft Exchange

Proficiency with Exchange 2013 and Windows Server 2008/2012 R2 Active Directory

Familiar with some Operation Management tools, preferably Microsoft SCOM

Excellent oral and written communication skills
