Engagement Customer Operations

  • Demonstrate intermediate skill & knowledge of & experience in, project administration & management, finance & accounting, in particular revenue & cost recognition, order management, 3rd party purchasing, time recording & tracking, invoicing & purchasing, pricing processes, customer relationship management & Opportunity Roadmap methodology (or similar Business development, delivery and control processes).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel. Advanced knowledge of project management tools & systems.
  • Where implemented, advanced experience with SAP modules used in project financial management.

Education and Experience Required

  • Full-time First level university degree; may have advanced university degree.
  • 4 — 8 years relevant commercial experience within a consulting or project environment.
  • Practical business administration, finance & accounting knowledge & business planning & analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and local language mastery.
