EMEA Service provider and Channel Tier 2 (Reseller ) Financial lead
v EMEA finance support for two strategic EG indirect business / route to Market = Service Provider ( Tier 2 and Tier 3 ) and Channel Tier 2 ( Resellers )
Ø In conjunction with the business, drive and develop both tactical and strategic plans
Ø Partner with business as needed to meet/exceed Budget
Ø Support financial goals in terms of profitable growth for Channel Tier 2 ( resellers ) and Service provider
Ø Ensure we have right business performance/leading indicators ( KPI’s ) in place together with SS&P and reports allowing data driven discussion with WW, EMEA, Subregions.
Ø Proactively monitor performance versus Market dynamics and drive corrective plans/actions as appropriate with the business
Ø Analyse overall financial performance for Service provider ( narratives / financial packages ) and Channel Tier 2 ( resellers ) with a specific focus by top deals / top partners and partner specialization ( Platinum , Gold , Silver ).
Ø Manage no surprise environment: flag / communicate issues early
Ø Forecast accuracy within defined levels
Ø Strong business acumen : develop own proposals to drive the business.
Ø Strong presentation / communication skills
Ø Ability to interface with EMEA Channel Tier 2 ( resellers ) and Service Provider Business teams / subregions finance and WW teams
Ø Ability to influence leadership up to EMEA Channel Tier 2 ( resellers ) and EMEA Service provider business teams and clearly represent financial concerns and issues
v Education and Experience Required:
Ø First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification(e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Ø Typically 6 years of experience as a financial analyst.
Ø Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
v Knowledge and Skills Required:
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and
financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
