EMEA Sales Compensation Operations Manager
This is an operations leadership role managing a team of 30 to 40 technical SME’s in the Data, Credit, Claims and pay functional areas of Sales Compensation.
The role involves detail planning of resource allocation, training, development and all aspects of leading the team in these functional areas. A key aspect of the role involves working with the remaining functions of operations in the centre, and in liaising extremely closely with the regional and global stakeholders in the delivery of all operational tasks. The role involves measuring and meeting several Readiness scorecard items, operational metrics and KPI’s as well as mitigating any operational fallout to minimize impact on deliverables.
This leader will also be closely involved in Process improvement activities, driving productivity and efficiency into the team, and working with Global Process owners on these initiatives. New and Innovation projects will also have to be carefully managed into the operations environment, supporting these with testing, training and skilled SME’s until the new projects are in production.
- Degree or equivalent in a Finance or Business related discipline
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- 5 years experience in Sales operations/ Compensation discipline is an advantage
- 2 years experience in Supervision and Management is a must
