Our Center in Wroclaw specializesin advanced services, which main goal is to deliver support in various areas,such as finance and accounting, HR, sales and marketing, data processing andsupply chain management for Hewlett Packard Enterprise and our clients.

  • In conjunction with the Business and the Senior financial analyst on Partners Programs , drive and develop both tactical and strategic plans with a specific focus on MDF ( Marketing Development funds )
  • Drive the EMEA EG Eurofit financial process. Working closely with the subregions and Sales operations Team .
  • Strengthen channel partners programs governance and optimize contra envelop in conjunction with EG business Initiatives with a specific focus on MDF. Drive Robust ROI Approach with the Senior financial analyst on MDF.
  • Ensure we have right business performance/leading indicators ( KPI's on partners programs/MDF) in place together with Channel Partners programs team and the senior financial analyst, and reports allowing data driven discussion with WW, EMEA, Subregions.
  • Manage no surprise environment: flag / communicate issues early
  • Forecast accuracy within defined levels on MDF
  • Strong business acumen: develop own proposals to drive the business.
  • Strong presentation / communication skills
  • Ability to interface with EMEA Channel Business team / Subregions finance and WW teams
  • Ability to influence leadership up to EMEA Channel Business teams and clearly represent financial concerns and issues

v Education and Experience Required:

Ø First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

Ø Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

Ø Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

v Knowledge and Skills Required:

Ø Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

Ø Strong analytical skills.

Ø Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

Ø Strong communication and influencing skills.

Ø Excellent teamwork skills
