Job Description:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an OperationalExcellence Framework in the organization
  • Develop, establish and maintain qualitymethodologies, systems, and practices that meet best in class customer, andregulatory requirements up to including quality check monitoring process tomeasure outgoing quality, sigma score and DPM
  • Drive quality and response timeimprovements in the region
  • Responsible of all Quality relatedactivities that will maintain Nextpoint GO Organization in Control with HIGHStandards
  • Develops or enhance current KPIdashboards or reports as needed
  • Drive Module Team to a superioroperational excellence level including data analysis, decision-making, teamworkand process improvements that involves agents, workforce controllers and sub-regionmanagers
  • Establish a Process Control System (PCS)in order to identity Key Process Parameters (KPPs) to monitor and control theprocess on real time in order to maintain process KPI healthy
  • Perform, conduct and execute FailureMode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to analyze the process for identifying higherrisk processes and define corrective/preventive actions
  • Perform process audits being responsibleof process gaps finding, production feedback, Internal Trouble Report (ITR),Problem Trouble Report (PTR) creation and Quality Issues Report
  • Provide feedback to agents, supervisorsand managers based on Quality results while tracking and ensuring completion ofQuality Action Plans
  • Ensures all processes and knowledge are documented
  • Constantly works on the improvement ofadministrative processes related to training and process documentation of TS GO Organization

Qualifications:

  • First level university degree, advanceduniversity degree preferred or equivalent experience on Industrial Engineeringor Quality (Six Sigma)
  • Typically 5+ years' experience indriving quality processes, preferably on the manufacturing industry
  • C1 English level
  • Experience managing moderate to largeprojects
  • Green Belt or equivalent certificationis a must
  • Black Belt or equivalent certificationis preferred
  • Advanced Computer/MS Office skills(Excel, Power Point, Share Point)
  • Macro & Programing skills is a plus
  • Ability to develop and overseeimplementation of corrective action plans
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong management of critical situations
  • Strong collaboration, communication,administrative, problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Training and teaching skills
  • Very good networking /interpersonalskills
  • Positive, adaptable and learning model
